Rune guidance
Runes are ancient symbols used as portals to knowledge and guidance which is not consciously available to us. They can also be used as an alphabetic script however it’s their power to illuminate and guide our lives for which I respectfully use them.
My rune stones
In 1997 I went to North Wales seeking my personal set of rune stones. In the magical Llyn Geirionydd I knew I had found them. Each stone was individually selected and when I got home I sat and painted a rune on each one making 24 in all.
There are many variations of the runic symbols – I use the ones which sing to me. Over time my work with them has expanded and deepened and the song has become more powerful. You can see runes as a portal to connect with a spiritual wisdom or like Jung, a way of connecting with the collective unconscious. It really doesn’t matter which you believe – the runes will do their work for you.
Below I’ve outlined the main ways in which you can use me to connect with the guidance of the runes. However if you feel drawn to use the runes in any other specific way – a logo for your business, a daily chant to bring strength and composure for example then do get in touch. There are so many ways to weave runic magic into our lives.

Readings
In ceremony Runes are drawn and interpreted to give you guidance on your immediate future. They can include helpful ways of functioning, cautions, directions on how to navigate your way forward.
We begin with a 7 rune reading taking 20 to 30 minutes then follow up with two shorter sessions for active reflection.
During the first session I’ll draw the runes one by one and interpret them for you. Listen, absorb, don’t ask questions during the reading it’ll flip us into our logical brain. We can discuss the reading the runes have been drawn. The reading will end with a short drum journey to create a space for it be assimilated.
After the reading I’ll email you the key points and a photograph of the rune stone layout.
Over the next few weeks keep the runes in your thoughts, refer back to them from time to time and see which are resonating with you. During this time we’ll have two more sessions where you can reflect and consider how the reading is presenting itself in your life. New interpretations may appear or more clarity emerge.

Sigil
This is the creation of a powerful and personal powerful symbol. Each one is individually created and held on stone.
Your own personal sigil created to mark a special occasion such as a significant birthday, a new enterprise, or to energise a dream of yours
In ceremony I will draw the runes, create a Sigil, paint it on a stone and send that stone to you. Then over Zoom we’ll talk about what the Sigil means to you. I’ll also explain how to chant the runes in your Sigil.
In ceremony I will draw the runes and, as you choose, either then create the Sigil for you, paint it on a stone and send that stone to you – or interpret the runes for you over Zoom or in person so that you can create your own Sigil.

Rune reading and a Sigil
Combine these two practices – augment your rune reading with the creation of a personal sigil either after the first session or after the final reflective session.
You can then use the Sigil to enhance your application of the reading. I’ll also explain how to chant the runes in your Sigil. Sounding energises intention.
